By designing multimedia, multisensory, and multidisciplinary activities to address authentic issues, Problem Based Learning through a maker mindset can become the best holistic approach to increase engagement and master standards. It can even address systemic challenges like equity, classroom/school climate, and social emotional concerns by connecting students to skills and content that have both personal meaning and global impact.
